چکیده

Active control techniques aimed at reducing helicopter vibrations have been extensively studied in the last few decades. The most studied control law is the so-called T matrix algorithm; its implementation requires knowledge of the frequency response relating the control input to the output measurements at the disturbance frequency, which is very hard to characterise analytically. Adaptive schemes have been employed in literature to handle this problem. Surprisingly, however, very little effort has been devoted to the analysis of the T matrix algorithm and in particular to the trade-off between robustness and adaptation in its deployment. In this paper an H∞ approach to the design of a robust T -matrix algorithm is proposed, with the aim of developing a systematic approach to the design of active vibration control laws for helicopters.

Higher-Harmonic-Control Algorithm for Helicopter Vibration Reduction Revisited

The higher-harmonic-control (HHC) algorithm is examined from a control theory perspective. A brief review of the history and variants of HHC is given, followed by a careful development of the algorithm. An analytic convergence and robustness analysis is then performed. Online identification with the adaptive variant of the algorithm is also addressed. A new version of the algorithm, relaxed HHC...

Robust Nominal Model-Based Sliding Mode Robust Control for Vibration of Flexible Rectangular Plate

Abstract: In this paper, we developed an approach for active vibration control of flexible rectangular plate structures using control theory. The flexible rectangular plate system is firstly modelled and simulated via a finite element method; and secondly, a new type of modelling method, and the state-space model are involved in the development of the equation of motion in state-space, which is...

Tracking Control of Uncertain Non - Iinear MIMO System Using Modified Sliding Surfaces for Attitude Large Maneuver of Satellites on Orbit

Designing a robust tracking control for a non-linear MIMO system with uncertainty is one of the most complicated control problems. In this paper, sliding mode changed to non-linear controllable canonical form by input-output linearization. This, sliding surfaces can be defined in a way that we can de-couple equations and indicate the sliding conditions of multi-variable controller system. The u...
